It helps give ideas for lesson plans, different uses of technology in the classroom, videos, different health tips, how to take assessments, what best products to buy in your classroom, it even helps with finding jobs. For any PE or even Health teacher with an issue or a question PE Central is the perfect website to figure it out. This website allows PE teachers to share and receive ideas, which is sometimes needed and important. This website can definitely help a new PE teacher not only be more effective in the classroom, but with working with students and other teachers.

As a new PE professional it is extremely beneficial to have sites that not only help, but support what I am introducing in my classrooms. It is a reference base site and all good research must have good sources. I honestly feel there are no limitations with this site, it offers and introduces so many different avenues and ideas for the disciplines of PE and health .
